Constance Roark is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). She holds a Master of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University where she also completed her dietetic internship through the Coordinated Dietetics Program. She holds a MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Biology from San Jose State University.
In 2010, after a long career in the corporate world, Constance decided it was time to turn her lifelong passion for health and wellness into her profession so she returned to school to become a RDN. Since then she has been on the pursuit to help others live their healthiest and best lives. She has extensive experience working in the natural food industry, specifically serving those following gluten-free and plant-based lifestyles. Constance believes in a holistic and personalized approach to health and wellness and collaborates with her clients to find solutions that best meet their unique needs and circumstances. Whether dealing with nutrition challenges from mid-life weight management, chronic health issues to preventing heart disease, she believes everyone deserves to feel their best where they are at and she is committed to working with her clients to achieve their individual goals.
Constance currently serves on the board of directors for the Colorado Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a member of the Vegetarian Nutrition, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine, and Culinary Food Professionals dietetic practice groups. She has served as a volunteer nutrition educator for Cooking Matters, a Share Our Strength organization, and as a volunteer for the Longmont Worksite Wellness Taskforce for LiveWell Colorado.
