Jane is great and uses a treatment approach that addresses the person as a whole and not just their specific symptoms.
Jane is an engaging, thoughtful, and caring health care provider! She also makes very clear what she thinks I need to be doing in the nutrition area, which doesn’t always make appointments fun or easy, but makes them helpful/beneficial.
Jane really understood me and my needs. I never felt like I was just being plugged into formula. She made me feel really comfortable.
I was referred to Jane when I had first had accepted that fact that after five years, that I needed to get help for my eating disorder. After working with Jane for several months, I was able to finally after five years reach a normal weight. Now several months later, I have been able to retain a healthy weight and feel so much freer now to make better choices. Jane was not only able to help me gain weight, but was also an incredible emotional support for me as well and helped me talk about issues surrounding my eating disorder. I believe that this was crucial to my continued success, as I continue my life free from my disorder. I would recommend Jane to anyone struggling with these issues.
The greatest gift in working with Jane has been that I have learned to trust my body and its ability to communicate its needs in ways that I don't think I ever have. I have continued to lose weight at a realistic and healthy rate, but more importantly I have learned to listen to and trust my body, a skill that will allow me to continue to prioritize my health and keep the weight off. I'm grateful for the ability to continue working with Jane on this journey.
