"Jane was very supportive with coming up with an easy plan for me to follow, and was with me every step of the way. After working with Jane for several months, I was able to finally after five years reach a normal weight. Now several months later, I have been able to retain a healthy weight and feel so much freer now to make better choices. Jane was not only able to help me gain weight, but was also an incredible emotional support for me as well and helped me talk about issues surrounding my eating disorder. I believe that this was crucial to my continued success, as I continue my life free from my disorder. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with these issues."
"Jane, I just wanted to take a second to write and tell you two things. One is that I've lost two pants sizes since August, yay! I don't know how much I weigh, but don't much care. I can see little changes all the time. I'm still working on tweaking my diet and making it interesting, but I'm getting better at making sure the right things are going in at the right times. Thank you so much for your help. I'm sure you don't need me to tell you this, but you are amazing at what you do. I've referred two people to you -- I hope for their sake they follow through."
"I have definitely been pleasantly surprised with how the MRT results have made me feel. I have spent the fast few weeks cutting out my red and yellow foods and I have been feeling drastically better! I haven't had to take a reflux pill in several weeks and I feel like I have a lot more energy. I am very happy with how things are going. Thank you so much for your help."
