Ali Fox is a Registered Dietitian who graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition. Ali completed her post-graduate dietetic internship at Montana State, with a focus on sustainability and medical nutrition therapy.
Since graduating, Ali has worked in the eating disorder field, and has focused her studies in this area. Ali worked at an inpatient eating disorder facility in Denver for two years before joining the Essential Nutrition team.
During her time working with eating disorders, Ali became passionate about intuitive eating and mindful practices that help foster a more positive relationship with food. “In the world we live in today, it can be hard to navigate through all of the information that is thrown at us about food and what we should and should not eat.” Ali believes that nutrition does not have to be black and white and should be something that is both exciting and sustainable for your individual lifestyle.
Ali is available for one-on-one consultations for eating disorders, mindful eating and intuitive eating practices, group classes, restaurant outings, and grocery store tours. She is available at the Denver location Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and the Boulder office on Wednesdays.
