Emma Earned a bachelor’s in Dietetics from Utah State University. She has always had a passion for food and nutrition and she hopes to inspire a similar passion in people by empowering them to make smart food decisions. She believes that there is no one-size-fits-all diet and is therefore committed to giving individualized nutrition education to people and their families.
Emma has had extensive experience in the public health realm by serving on the Cooking Matters campaign. There she gained a wealth of knowledge regarding early childhood and adolescent nutrition in addition to creating healthy, budget-friendly meals.
In her free time, Emma likes to indulge in her hobbies such as sewing, reading, and enjoying the great outdoors with her husband.
