I have a true passion for working with individuals struggling to overcome an eating disorder. I am not the kind of nutrition professional who criminalizes food or promotes the notion of “good” or “bad” foods. Rather, I apply the “when, why, and how much” method to determine the best dietary approach for each individual that honors one’s whole self. I love teaching individuals how to navigate their OWN way through the complicated and often conflicting world of nutrition and health. I work hard to ensure my clients come away with better self-awareness, understanding, acceptance, and education.
I’d love to help you, or someone you know. Please contact me today.

"It's rare to find a dietitian who truly listens to you and doesn't push their own 'food agenda'. I am so grateful to be able to work with you, Lisa. Thank you for your ongoing support as I continue to work towards overcoming my eating disorder. I'm going to be one of your success stories, you watch!"

"Lisa is a fantastic listener. She is so patient and open to every question and makes me feel at ease in her office. She is a wealth of information and can take charge of the situation whenever my self-doubt or crazy irrational thinking starts to sabotage me. I appreciate her ability to meet me wherever I am. I find my sessions with her always leave me with something comforting and helpful to take with me."
