Kate earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health. Kate furthered her expertise by becoming a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN).

Kate’s nutrition journey began from a personal quest for health and wellness, sparking a passion for understanding the “why and how” of what makes us truly healthy. She believes in empowering clients to take an active role in their well-being by teaching them the reasons behind recommended health actions.

With a patient-centered whole health approach, Kate helps individuals trust their body’s natural healing abilities and build their unique toolbox for optimal health. She focuses on uncovering root causes of health issues for lasting wellness, viewing the body as interconnected, and emphasizing personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes to restore balance.

Driven by a commitment to optimizing health, Kate offers an individualized approach to nutrition, prioritizing education and empowerment. Her goal is to help clients embrace proactive measures for their well-being, leading to sustainable vitality and wellness.

Kate is married to her high school sweetheart, a proud mother of three children and a sweet Labrador Retriever. In her leisure time, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, reading, and exploring new cultures through travel.
