“I was given a diet by my naturopath and the team at Essential Nutrition helped me uncover where I was missing important nutrients on this plan. They can find “allowed” foods to fill the gaps and suggested a few supplements when diet alone wouldn’t cut it. I have been very impressed by their knowledge and am happy to have found them.”
“Excellent! Easy to talk to. They make me feel at ease. They give good advice tailored to your needs. I’m definitely coming back for more!”
