Alexandra’s journey in health and nutrition is fueled by her unwavering passion for helping others. After earning her Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan in 2013, she became a registered dietitian in 2015.
Her career began with a focus on the elderly, where she provided compassionate care and expert guidance. In recent years, Alexandra has dedicated herself to working with adults aged 18 and older, addressing a broad spectrum of health issues including chronic disease prevention and management. She is especially committed to supporting individuals recovering from eating disorders, offering them empathetic and personalized care.
Alexandra finds great fulfillment in the connections she forms through one-on-one counseling, finding joy in helping her clients achieve their nutrition and health goals.
In her free time, Alexandra is busy caring for and spending time with her two young sons and husband. Together they cook, go on many walks, explore local entertainment, and sing and play instruments together.
