Mary Bailey, RDN, LD, MScN

Mary earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Vermont and went on to get her M.S. in Nutrition degree at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She became a Registered Dietitian in 2018 and has since been in practice seeing clients one-on-one in an outpatient clinic setting.

Mary specializes in eating disorders/disordered eating for adolescents and adults and utilizes Intuitive Eating principles in her practice. Her approach is non-diet and HAES aligned, and she strives to create an inclusive and safe environment where her clients can feel heard and supported. She has experience working in an integrative health setting, and enjoys re-defining health to something that is sustainable and enjoyable for her clients. She has seen how eating can become complex and stressful when maneuvering particular conditions, so she is passionate about supporting her clients by simplifying the food experience and creating more joy.

In her free time, Mary loves to spend time outdoors exploring new places, connecting over food with friends and family, and spending time with her cat, George. She is looking forward to working with you!
