Rhiannon Garcia RDN

Rhiannon earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition with a specialty in Dietetics at the University of Nevada, Reno. Since earning her RD in 2020, she began providing nutrition care to older adults at a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Phoenix, AZ. Rhiannon firmly believes in the significance of individualized, evidence-based practice when it comes to nutrition care. She understands that nutritional needs are unique from person to person.

Rhiannon's passion for her work extends beyond the individualized care she provides to older adults. She recognizes the importance of nutrition education and the impact it can have on preventing health issues and promoting overall well-being.

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Rhiannon recently moved to Colorado. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog and cat, snowboarding, hiking, and exploring around Denver.
